Forma’s second studio site in Forest Hill launched in September 2021. The commercial unit with 12 studios occupying the first and second floors is situated 5 minutes walk from Forest Hill overground station, providing good connections to East London via the East London Line and quick transfer to London Bridge [14mins].

The studios are let on a minimum 1 year lease and on a monthly basis thereafter. Artists can leave at any time with a 2 month notice period providing we have secured a new occupant for the studio.

Details
– Occupants will have 24-hour access to the building.
– All of our studios have individually controlled heating, and are fitted with large windows.
– Cleaning of the communal areas, electricity and heating costs are charged monthly in addition to the rental fee.
– The studios are on the first and second floor level accessible via the main staircase only and therefore will not suitable for all applicants. We endeavour to ensure as wide an access as possible therefore if you have specific access requirements please do get in touch on studios@forma.org.uk.
– Studio holders have access to the communal kitchen area with basic food preparation equipment and the use of an all gender toilet.
